Sportswear Embroidery and Printing

At HT Sports, we are careful to make sure that every item is of the highest quality. We use the very best equipment available, and our staff have many years of professional clothing embroidery and printing experience. This combination ensures that your embroidered and printed sportswear items will be perfect every time!

HT Sports Embroidery

The embroidering is finished on our Barudan embroidering machines and is operated by staff with over 20 years of experience. The Barudan embroidering machines have a 6 head, automatic thread trim, 15 colour set-up, perfect for block orders. A tubular frame attachment allows hats to be embroidered on the front. Our other Amaya embroidering machines have a 16 needle colour change with Laserlight, ideal for single garments due to higher stitch count per minute. The Amaya can work on virtually any thickness of material, allowing HT Sports to provide a solution to any sports clubs requirements.

There are a number of products available through HT Sports Embroidery. If you don’t see what you require here feel free to contact us. T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Hats, Sweatshirts, Bath robes, Towels, Jeans, School Wear, bags, Coats, Jackets, Napkins, and even Table Covers, can be embroidered!

HT Sports Printing

We offer two types of printing for Sports, Schools, Promotional Clothing, Workwear and Corporatewear:

Cad Cut

Ideal for 1 or 2 colour printing our cad cut machine is able to produce graphics for all sorts of clothing and is often the least expensive.

Our Cad Cut can print on a variety of materials in many different colours and is perfect for Sponsors Logos to Initials.

Ultra Graphics

For a full colour image to be applied to your clothing the Ultra-graphic is great for short runs.

HT Sports - Printing It is a digitally printed format which is heat pressed onto your garments as required. Just supply a high resolution jpeg or PDF of your graphic and we’ll do the rest.
